Each member of our team is a crucially important part of the whole company, and every member of our staff helps drive the provision we offer forward in their own unique way. For this reason, we value staff who have confidence in their skills, who take it upon themselves to seek guidance and training in areas they feel would be of benefit to them, who can work flexibly and independently under their own initiative and are not afraid to put their own ideas forward and break new ground in their approaches.
Our work takes place in service users' homes and in their chosen community settings, and their timetables typically include a range of enjoyable days out, entertainment interests and therapeutic projects. We recruit Learning Support Assistants year-round, and are always happy to receive CVs. Our organisation is continually growing, and even if we do not have a position available immediately, there is a high probability that we will have one just around the corner.
We employ both full time and part time staff, selecting candidates who have a positive and inspiring attitude and who bring enthusiasm and creativity to the role. We provide full training in our methodologies and assessment practices, offer higher than average rates of pay and cover travel expenses. Salaried positions are available for those who seek them.
